Main campus of JAMIA ASHRAFIA spread over 120 Kanals is located on Ferozepur Road, while the Old campus at Nila Gumbad also continues as independent branch of the JAMIA.

The main ladies branch of the JAMIA is Madrisatul Faisal Lil Bannat at Model Town, LHR.
