Three Examinations are held in each Academic year as under:

- Quarterly Examination in the first week of Safar

Half yearly Examination in the first week of Jamadiul Awwal

Annual Examination in the last week of Rajab

HOLIDAYS The following holidays are observed

1. Ramadan and Edual Fitre – 15th of Sha’ban to 15th of Shawwal

2. Eidul Azha – about ten holidays

3. Seasonal Holidays – about ten holidays on the advent of Winter & Summer to enable the students to visit their homes in order to bring the necessary clothing for the new session.

4. Official & casual holidays on certain occasion are not observed as holidays as it is difficult for resident students to make trips to their homes during these short holidays. However, special activities are arranged for the students during these short holidays.

5. Friday is the weekly holiday.
