Future Ambitions

Despite limited resources, JAMIA ASHRAFIA, LAHORE is continuously progressing to play its pivotal role in spreading the beacon of Islamic knowledge in every corner of Pakistan and the countries all over the world, yet a lot more is desired to be done. A few projects, which are on the list of it’s future plan, are mentioned below:

  1. Construction of a separate building for an extensive CENTRAL LIBRARY of the JAMIA, and collection of authenticated standard old & new Islamic publications & manuscripts.

  2.  Establishment of an INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC MEDICAL CENTRE.

  3. Construction of 200 RESIDENTIAL FLATS for staff & other employees of the JAMIA.

  4.  Construction of a GIRLS ISLAMIC COLLEGE for 2000 students.

  5.  Construction of an AUDITORIUM for Islamic Seminars etc, with capacity for 5000 persons.

  6.  Establishment of an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTRE and an ACADEMY OF ISLAMIC RESEARCH & PUBLICATIONS.

  7.  To construct MOSQUES and establish TAHFEEZ-UL-QURAN CENTRES in remote rural areas of the Country.
