CONDITION OF REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN JAMIA

General Conditions

General conditions of Registration for admission at JAMIA ASHRAFIA are:

1. Must be a Muslim with unflinching faith in the unity of Allah and the absolute finality of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS)

2. Should bear a good moral character, and produce a Character Certificate from the institute last attended or by a noble dignitary of repute.

3. Should be physically & mentally sound and produce a Medical Fitness Certificate from a competent Medical authority.

4. Should produce a Date of Birth Certificate and two passport size Photographs

5. Should not be associated with any political party, and should submit an undertaking that he is free to devote himself to studies & studies alone at JAMIA ASHRAFIA.

6. Should assure that he will rigidly abide by the Rules & Regulation of JAMIA ASHRAFIA.

Specific conditions for acceptance in various grades are:

1. For admission in TAHFEEZUR QURAN:

(a) Age: below 12 years (b) Should have completed NAZIRA QURAN.

2. For admission in TAJWEED-UL-QUR’AN

(a) Age: not below 12 years (b) Should have completed
nazira Quran

3. For admission in IBTIDAIYA stage:

(a) Age: between 12 – 15 years (b) Should have completed NAZIRA QUR’AN

4. For admission in MUTAWASSITA stage:

(a) Age: below 20 years (b) Should have completed IBTADAIYA stage.

5. For admission in SANIVIYYA stage:

(a) Age: below 23 years (b) Should have completed “MUTAWASSITA” stage.

6. For admission in ‘AALIYA’ stage

(a) Age: below 25 years (b) Should have completed ‘AALIYA’ stage

7. For admission in ‘AALAMIYYA’ stage:

(a) Age: below 30 years (b) Should have completed ‘AALIYA’ stage

8. For admission in specialization (Ifta):

(a) Age: below 32 years (b) Should possess ‘AALAMIYYA’ degree

9. For admission in Languages & Computer Courses at Ummul Qura Institute

(a) Age: below 26 years (b) Should possess ‘AALAMIYYA’ degree (c) Should at least be a Matriculate as well

10. For admission in 3 year ‘AALIM’ course

(a) Age: below 30 years (b) Should hold Bachelor’s Degree from other Universities

The Admission Committee is however competent to grant relaxation in age.
